yay, you found me! i'm your hostess for this round of the jillibean soup "bean chase". yes, i'm the one that has to have at least 3 rulers out to scrap. really. i have rulers in my kitchen drawer, for when i scrap downstairs. a ruler by my laptop/printer area, for measuring how big to make my journling. and a few rulers on my scrap island. i measure everything, multiple times. what can i say? i'm a linear girl 😉

Can’t scrap without my ancient 12 x 12 fiskars cutter! Bought a new one a couple of years ago and I keep going back to the old one!

I must have my paper trimmer. . . I now have three of those for when my children want to scrap with me and for when I have friends over who want to use one. Not that I can’t share, but without my trimmer, I’m stuck!

I can’t scrap without my paper trimmer and my music. A little help from my DD is a fun new addition to my creative process. I get less done but we sure so have a good time with it. She would say that we can’t scrap w/o my Cuttlebug. She is ALL ABOUT embosssing templates right now. Fun stuff.

I’ve gotta have my die cuts. Alpha, seasonal, big numbers, little numbers, flowers…etc…I love adding dimension to my projects. I also need music. It helps me unwind and adds to my creativity.

The one thing that i can not scrap with out is my music, i always have music playing while i scrap, it helps get the juices flowing. Thanks for the awesome give a-way. Hope i win, these stamps are tooo cute.

Pencils, lots of sharpened pencils. I have to draw out my ideas first. I’ll even stop in the middle of my layout if something else comes to mind and quickly sketch it out. No. 2 to colored pencils, all right there. {even in my purse!} And at the sushi bar, there is a little glass of pencils on the bar so you can sketch on your napkin! LOL! Thanks for the “Bean Chase.”

I have to have my mechanical pencil. Once I get a layout the way I want it I use my pencil to make little tick marks so when I go to make it permanent, it turns out the way I originally laid it out.

A paper piercer. That thing comes in handy all of the time. When in doubt take it out and use it to get the job done.

AWK!! That prize is AWESOME!! Stamps and sprouts, what more could a scrapper want?!! I also have rulers all over the place, but I never use them to measure…but instead, to make straight lines! I’m an eyeballer type of crafter but I can’t draw a straight line to save myself!
Therefore, my very most important tool is my paper trimmer so I don’t HAVE to draw or cut straight lines!

I think we all NEED the basics, the trimmmer, ruler, adhesive, cardstock etc but the things I LOVE to scrap with are a whole other story, now that is a very long list. Just a few… my cuttlebug embossing folders and quickutz dies, ink, stamps, string, buttons, brads, pattern paper, I could go on and on…

I love my Basic Grey magnetic cutting mat. It is my foundation when I am working! I would be a bit lost without it!
