Hey everyone and happy Friday! I'm soooooo glad it's Friday, as it's been a long week here with the daycare kiddos. Anyways, I'm back to share week thirty seven in my 2017 Project Life album.

I ended up with quite a bit of red in my photos for this week. It's funny how all of these photos, taken at random times and even from different people, all somehow just magically tie together. I only ended up with one filler card for this weekly spread, and I used a simple dotted red card. It came with a little tab printed on the right side, so I simply added a word sticker and used a small staple on each side of the tab.

The photo on the right was one that Sarah sent me, and I'm guessing it was a Snapchat photo. Since it had all of the hearts on it. Those weren't something that I added, in case you were wondering πŸ˜‰ I added a small white tag, with where they were at the time (Strike Zone is our local bowling alley).

This photo of me rocking baby Easton in the rocking chair felt like it needed something, so I ended up adding a 4×6" overlay on top of it. I don't use them often, and I don't even have that many of them. But they're super easy to use, since I just slip them into the pocket with the photo.

I debated over which photo to pair up with a journaling card here. I recently did a 6×8" layout spread about my "reading" habits – or lack of, I should say. Lol. So I could have skipped journaling about the photo on the left. But Alyssa didn't have at ton of details about the photo on the right. It was just a photo of the A&E team in the warehouse, while doing tear-down after an event. It was easier to just copy and paste my journaling about the book from my Instagram, and add a little "#work" to Alyssa's photo.

I may have mentioned this on one of my other PL shares. But I realized that most weeks, I tend to end up with at least 8 photos that I want to use. It's a good average overall. This really only left me room for one filler card, since I like to include plenty of journaling cards in my photos. That's one reason I decided to get rid of the calendar card for this year's albums (working the dates onto my weekly title card), and made a few other small changes.

I added an enamel arrow and some alpha stickers to the photo on the left, to point out what that photo was actually about. No, it had nothing to do with the mantel above my fireplace. It was the basketball that I found randomly stuck in place, about 3-4 feet above the floor. Kids are interesting little creatures, aren't they? Lol.

I actually had no intention of saving, or even using, the photo on the right. I just snapped it super quick in the dressing room to show a friend the jeans I was trying on. And I may have been excited about the size they were. Lol. Snippets like this are great additions to the album though, so I'm glad I kept it.
