Hey everyone! I may have mentioned on my Instagram the other day that I was making it a goal to finish up all of my 2018 Project Life album this week. Not sure that's going to happen, but I'm going to do my best. I got a little sidetracked with a few layouts. So for those that might not love seeing all of these PL weekly spreads, and love layouts – they'll be coming 😉
So here's a look at week thirty nine. I added in a 6×12 insert, which you can see on the right here. Making this a quick share, since I'm short on time – but also wanted to get this up.
I like to add the info for my weekly title cards every now and then, since I get asked about them a lot. I used the Pocket Guide No.4 kit from Paislee Press. I created each week's card in Photoshop, using the template from the kit – switching out the week number and adding the dates for each week.
Alyssa always has good Snapchat photos. I love that she sends them to me all the time. I always feel so sad when I try and screenshot them, and I somehow just close out of the app. Lol.
Love this photo of her by the Stockton Kings mural. I can always count on her for good 4×6" photos each month.
This wasn't the best quality photo once I printed it. But my theory is that I'd rather have a less stellar quality photo, than no photo at all 😉
I'm pretty sure I mentioned in a few recent PL shares, that I don't use many 4×6" journaling cards, and/or filler cards, in my album. Those valuable 4×6" pockets are usually filled with photos. And yet, I've had quite a few weeks at this point in the album where I did need a 4×6" journaling card.
Here's a look at the second half of the weekly spread, with the 6×12" insert on the left.
Awwwww. I took this photo of Addie and Lyan on my last day of doing daycare. Goodness, I miss those two. I almost didn't want to put them down for naps that day, but there was also so much going on, that I really had too. Lol. This was after naptime, when I got all crazy and let them have their snack on the floor. Mainly because I had cleaned up their booster seats to give to a friend as soon as they left. Lol.
Ummmm. Yes, that pretty filler card is actually bent in a few places in real life. I have no clue why, since it was in a storage thing meant to hold 4×6" pics. But I wanted to use it, so use it I did.
Ha. I'm sure my aunt will be thrilled when she finds out her car accident made it into my album. Just like my mom's little car accident earlier in the album. Lol.
I wish I had more photos to document Alyssa's birthday, but it's harder when you don't see them on their actual birthday. Love that her co-workers brought her donuts and champagne to celebrate her 22nd birthday at work.
