the girls each got a few webkinz animals for christmas … and they have been addicted to the site ever since. so today i took them to pick out a few more with what they had left of their christmas money. of course by the time we got around to getting out … it was raining big time. so i drove in the craziest rain just to get them to a store that sells them.

each animal comes with a code … and then you can go on the computer and register them using the code. then you can take care of them, buy them things, design their rooms, play games, and more. last night the girls had a last-minute sleepover with their friends heather and holly (which they loved, so thank you deneen!). they all exchanged their animal’s names and info … and now they can send things to each other and chat.

alyssa now has "icy" the penguin … "charlotte" the pig … "ginger" the cow … and "henry-ada" the hippo.

sarah now has "lily" the bunny … "logan" the puppy … "america" the dalmation … "snowball" the husky … and "spotty" the frog.

and here’s the gang hanging out on the scrap island … while they watch their owners play on the computer. lol!

and proof that i have scrapped. actually i made this over a week ago … i just have to write a few things in it. i made this simply "because" … to give to someone special. i know, i know … all of you that have names that start with "A" are thinking this is for you. lol! this was made from the large jigsaw chipboard letters from MM … they’re 4 inches square.

have a few more projects i’m finishing up. i have a layout that i will share tomorrow … i just have to journal it. and then a few things that i’ll be able to share later this week.

oh-my-goodness!! those are so adorable!! we will be getting a few more too, if dh can find the store that sells them in SFO! he’s going soon..

Cute mini-does it have pictures in it? My girls are additcted to Webkinz too. I told them no more till Valentine’s Day, so they will stop bugging me about it for awhile! Thanks again for the goodies! Your studio is amazing- I think people have to see it in person!

Yep my girls are into webkinz too! Marissa has just one so far & tells me how she wants to be a “collector”! LOL!!
That mini-album is too CUTE! Do we get to see the inside after you give it away?? PLEASE!?!?! I’ve had these letters in my stash for a while-gotta play with them!

I keep on hearing about these webkinz — they are cute. Is the website easy enough for a 4-year old (even though my son knows more than most adults – lol).
I noticed that your daughter got her braces off — her teeth look beautiful!!! She must be SO excited that they are off — I remember those days.
Love the mini album — too bad the initial isn’t an “L.”

Laura so glad the girls had a good time. Heather and Holly really enjoyed having them over and they are totally driving me crazy about getting more webkinz. They went to Hallmark yesterday but they did not have any of the ones they are looking for and then the other store here in town was closed. I didn’t dare go out yesterday in the crazy rain (I probably would have if I had talked to you LOL but as you know I was too busy playing with a monkey that finally let me get her out of her cage). Laura – I ADORE Webkinz! We currently have seven in the house. My daughter has 3, my son has 2 and I have two! We have: Uniquehorn (Uni for short) the unicorn, Isee the polar bear, Cutie the b&w kitty, Pookie the pug, Sweetie the reindeer, ChiChi the chihuahua and the most recent addition, a pink poodle which really has no name.
Here’s a hint. Save some of the tags…I know your kids are probably like mine and want them ALL online, but they are supposed to only last for a year. If they all get registered, you’ll only get one year’s worth of play online (and I am the one who loves to play, lol!)

Webkinz are great 🙂 When we were in America just over a year ago visiting family we discovered these. My cousins both had quite a few each and my son Ethan loved going on the computer with them. My Auntie sent ethan one as a gift when my younger son was born at the end of last year and he he loving it. Best of all we have found a store that sells them over here in the UK now so his collection is going to start growing!!!
Love the mini album, the colours are fab.

Oh my gosh, I’ve never heard of Webkinz…but I think Meagan would LOVE them! Where can I find them??

Thanks Laura for telling me what a Webkinz is. I didn’t get it. LOL!!! I seriously can’t keep up with the toys these days. We have so many toys that I avoid Toys R Us and we don’t watch commercials so I’m outta the loop!
I love the mini album, so cute! Seriously.

Both my kids (9 & 4) have two Webkins each and they love them, nice that they are afforable too and a free websight that’s completely kid friendly! I sneek on there and play too ~ and water the garden 🙂
Love the mini-chip book & I would love to inside too!
