happy new year’s

just wanted to stop in and with everyone a very happy new year's! and to also thank all of you. for coming here and visiting my little blog. for all your comments and sweet emails. i have made some amazing friends through the world of blogging, and i appreciate each one of you. so thanks.

this is what i'm working on tonight. catching up my project 365 album, for 2009. this photo is from last february. so it's much fuller than that. and i'm actually surprised that i don't have as much to finish as i thought i did. other than that, just a quiet day and quiet night. alyssa is at her dad's house still. joe has been working all week, and is on his way to work again tonight. he'll be ringing in the new year at the store (in 1 hour, and 40 minutes). so it's me and sarah, hanging out and watching the disney channel countdown celebrations.

also got my project life kit today. perfect timing. i already have it out and am starting to assemble it. still deciding what i'm going to do with it. lots of options with this new kit.

so long 2009. it's been a crazy and good year. but we're ready for a new one. so bring it on 2010 🙂

    Thank you for blogging. I love reading your blog!! I’m so grateful that you are so willing to share all of your projects and a small part of your life with us fellow bloggers.
    I have a question for you. I am excitedly awaiting the arrival of my Project Life and intend to do the picture a day thing. Here is my problem though. I want to start on January 1st, but January 1st is a Friday… and I like my weeks to be organised as a Monday to Sunday. What did you do for P365? Do all your weeks go from a Thursday to a Wednesday? Or did you skip a couple of days at the beginning?
    I hope you’ve got some ideas for me, and I look forward to seeing what you do with Project Life!!

    I’m eagerly waiting for my Project Life, and so seeing your photo makes me so happy!! I hope it comes soon! I’m glad to hear that there’s so many options with this kit. I skipped the summer of my P365, so am still doing it until March. Not sure how that’s going to affect the Project Life kit though!
    Can’t wait to see what you do with it!

    I was so glad to see a post from someone else who loved their 365 album and is doing another for 2010. 🙂
    I have some catch-up to do in my 365 album this year, too (just since late October- I have the pics, just haven’t printed them yet) and am already working on my 2010 album as well. 🙂

    Gulianna and I were watching the Disney Channel too, then we switched it over to Dick Clark, while Levi worked on the computer! lol!

    Thanks for blogging as much as you do. I love your work, your humor, your style. After reading today’s blog, you reminded me about Becky’s 365 PL, so I jumped over there and tried to order, but they are still out. I intend to go ahead and take my pictures and journal and will fill it out when I receive my kit. I will keep checking in with you and your bloggers for ideas, as this will be my first year. I saw the kit last year, but decided it was too much at the time, but thanks to you and your bloggers, I’ve decided this would be the year to make the jump. Thank you for your inspiration.     So happy to see someone else who is not caught up on Project 365. I have printed the photos in a group for each month but still need to find the time and creative inspiration to asseble the pages. Honestly, this is the only year I will do 365. I have discovered that I am more of an ‘event scrapper’ than a daily one. CrisG in CA
