creating keepsakes has a brand new special issue hitting stands this week, called budget-friendly scrapbooking.

CRKP-1046-CV-comp

"Prepare to make your stickers, papers, die cuts, and more go further than you ever imagined possible. With the tips and tricks in this special issue from Creating Keepsakes, you'll learn how to create beautiful scrapbook layouts using your scrapbooking leftovers and minimal supplies. Whether you're a new scrapbooker or have been creating for years, we'll show you how to stretch your scrapbooking budget to its fullest."

Laura

here's a sneak peek at one of my layouts featured in this special issue. the idea was to use a themed collection, to create a non-themed layout.

and here's another insider look into the issue, which you can purchase HERE.

i have a free copy to give away to one of my lucky blog readers! just leave me a comment, to be entered in the random drawing. i will leave comments open until thursday night, and announce a winner on friday.

Budget-friendly scrapbooking is definitely an oxymoron…but I’d love to see the new ideas contained inside this magazine.

I tend to hang onto my supplies because they’re too awesome to use so I need the reminder to use what I have in my stash instead of buying more:)
Thanks for the chance to win!

I think all of us scrapbookers could use this easy in the economy we are in. I know I am always looking for ways to make the most of my supplies. I used to be someone who never liked using the same paper twice on a layout. Those days are long gone.
