i wasn't going to post tonight. or today, since it's 1:45am on friday, as i type this. but i hated the idea of not having anything new to look at on here.

the girls are still off school this week. they don't go back until next tuesday. it's been nice to not have to wake up super early (except for daycare kids), or rush around to school and activities. but this also means they've been staying up really late, and sleeping in more. we just don't have much structure to our days, when they're off school.

both the girls have gotten together with friends a few times. had some soccer practices, and sarah's been out golfing with my mom a few times. alyssa's been catching up on some shows, and doing some christmas break homework (darn AP biology class). i've taken them out shopping a few times, to use up some christmas gift cards. random stuff.

i love my crazy girls, and just hanging out around the house, everyone doing their things … that's perfect for us.

did i mention they're crazy?!?! lol!

i'm busy, busy with CHA work this week and all weekend. but i can quarantee you that i will have a few brand new layouts to share next week. and maybe i'll share these fabric flowers that i created for some gifts i made for christmas. and i have some hair related stuff i want to share too. i know, that all sorted kind of random. lol! we'll see how it turns out next week 😉

I was wishing you’d do a post like this soon, just the other day thought about it. Thanks for making my wish come true, I love these little posts, so glad you have some downtime with the girls. Mine just went back this week and the house is soooo quiet now, kinda spooky!!
Love love the flowers and would love to see how you did them. The colors are pretty!!
Have a great weekend, my kids also had homework over the break, crazy isn’t it!

The flowers are adorable!! My kids went back to school this week and the early mornings are brutal (I think I’m the worst! lol) Know what you mean about the AP homework, those classes kill their summers and breaks every year.

You girls are so beautiful. Enjoy each day as i believe each day is truly a gift from God to be enjoyed and lived to the fullest (not that i always do that but am trying). The flowers are awesome. You are so creative.
